This session is grounded in lived experience. Alka developed the Happy Place technique in 2011 during a period of chronic illness and emotional collapse.
Since then, it has helped her and her clients build clarity, resilience, and a lasting sense of inner safety.

About Your Host

Alka is a certified life coach, creator of the Happy Place technique, and the founder of GLADSherpa.
After leaving a toxic relationship and facing chronic illness that ended her career, she developed this practice from her bed during one of the darkest periods of her life. Since 2011, she has used it in her own healing and with clients across life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and spiritual awakening.
Her work blends NLP, IFS principles, and deep intuitive presence to help clients feel safe, seen, and reconnected with their inner clarity.
